More Than Construction…

It’s About People

Walter is the owner of DV Construction Roofing & Remodeling, and his journey into construction is guided by hard work, gratitude, and pride in doing things the right way. Originally living and working in Fort Myers, Florida, Walter made the decision to relocate to Pittsburgh with his wife, who grew up here. Leaving behind family and a steady job, he embraced the challenge of starting fresh and building something meaningful from the ground up.

After settling in Pittsburgh, Walter spent time working with several construction companies, gaining hands-on experience that began with interior work and grew into full exterior projects. What started through word of mouth quickly became a trusted local business built on relationships, reliability, and quality craftsmanship. Over time, Walter expanded his focus to roofing, siding, soffit, and fascia, bringing the same care and attention to every project.

For Walter, construction is about more than materials and timelines — it’s about people. He genuinely enjoys meeting homeowners, listening to their needs, and creating a positive experience from start to finish. He treats every home as if it were his own, valuing integrity over shortcuts and satisfaction over speed. Walter and his team never leave a job unfinished to start another — they stay until the work is complete and the homeowner is truly happy.
